With over 30 years of public speaking experience, Joanna Saady has been a strong advocate for green building, gaining an MSC in Energy Efficient Building 25 years ago. As an AECB Trustee, she established local groups nationwide and helped set up the Passivhaus Trust.
In 2020, she earned a PG Cert in Conservation of the Historic Environment, became a full member of the IHBC, and now serves on its Board of Trustees, focusing on Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity representing the South East branch of which she is Chair. She has an autistic son who lives with her so accessibility is another one of her passions.
Over the years, Jo has been featured in numerous podcasts, articles, and media outlets, sharing insights on sustainable building practices.
